HOW DO I START?
Here are a few basic KEYS TO VITAL HEALTH . YOU choose where you would like to start. I recommend that as you begin or continue on this journey, you take it slow and make simple choices that you can add to your life. If you start by adding a few simple things and take ‘baby steps’ into your new life of health and vitality, YOU will have ENERGY FOR LIFE and the lifestyle changes are more likely to be permanent. Gradually acidic and toxic choices will fall away naturally as you begin to make better choices to support your health.
Take a look at the tabs across this website. Each one will give you ways to get started, the reasons why and recommendations on ‘how to’. When it comes to Healthy Eating, you will also find many recipes or links to some of my favorite recipes that helped me as I started to transition into a healthy lifestyle.
Let’s just start with 3 EASY steps for the next few weeks.
You CAN do this!
1. Drink more water (what’s the best water?,How much should you drink?)
2. Add one green smoothie a day (my favorite smoothie recipes)
3. 30 minutes of movement a day (walking, rebounding, yoga, etc)
Then take a look at this chart (which you can download) and begin to simply do less of what is on the left side and more of what is on the right side. Please remember to take BABY STEPS!
