Often, the chef has taken a familiar cooked dishes and made it into a much healthier version and the flavors may leave you in awe with their flavor, texture, and satisfying heartiness.

I will be sharing with you many lifestyle habits that, if followed, can take you down a path to a long and healthy life. Do you consider yourself to be healthy? The difference between a healthy centenarian and one who is bedridden is the difference in eating and lifestyle habits that accumulate throughout one’s life. In short, whether a person is healthy or not depends on what that person thinks, drinks, eats and how that person lives day to day. It is the daily accumulation of things such as water, food, exercise, sleep, work and stress that determines a person’s state of health
Try this: once a day, check your own health condition and contemplate whether your habits and lifestyle are truly effective in maintaining your health. When I was a teenager, there was a song on the radio that is perfect for this…. and if you were a part of the 60′s generation, you too may remember the song by Kenny Rogers: “I just dropped in to see what condition my condition was in.” I recommend that you check your condition each day. You get to choose each day how you are going to feel. What are you intentions? How do you want your condition to be and what are you going to do about it?
My friends, the most important thing I have learned to live a long and healthy life is to do what makes you happy. Even if that means you occasionally don’t follow your plan. As Joseph Campbell said “Follow Your Bliss”
Have fun. Make love. Play music. Enjoy simple pleasures, Live your life with passion. Remember that a happy and meaningful life is nature’s way to human health. Joyful enthusiasm, rather that perfect adherence to some dietary regime is key to a long and healthy life.
