I love your website. I just scanned it quickly and will look over it more efficiently later. I'm trying to lose my post menopausal weight gain.....argh! But know I can do it. I loved that you reminded me to get on my rebounder again and daily! I've been living out of a suit case for the past 3+ years. And eating poorly as I travel to and from Wa, Or and Hawaii. My parents needed extra help. I'm the only girl and really only one that was willing and able. It was stressful and I lived on Starbucks coffee and baked goods......well I did also eat nutritious foods. I went through menopause quickly with no symptoms other then the lack of a period for the past 3 years., :) and well, one other symptom, weight gain with stress. Anyway, my dad passed away last year and my mom a few months ago. And then my young nephew in July. Very eventful few years. I'm now ready to take care of me and get back on track. I'm 51, will be 52 in Nov. I have recently started Dr. Joel Fuhrman's "Eat to Live" life style way of eating...... Whew!!
